Talent Scientist
Current• Partners with external and internal stakeholders to drive innovative talent development and hiring practices grounded in I-O psychology principles, with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in STEM fields.• Manages end-to-end research projects to guide strategic decisions associated with the development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of technical skills assessments and L&D initiatives.• Leads large-scale surveys, focus groups, and research projects on adverse impact, user experience, content validation, and criterion validation, while adapting strategies in a dynamic startup environment.• Synthesizes and communicates research findings through technical manuals, executive summaries & reports, white papers, dashboards, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
