Scoping and Strategic Investment Analyst 2015 – 2016• Coordinated the 2018-2021 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) scoping effort for Region 1. • Scoped projects and compiled cost estimates for the Bridge, Culvert, Interstate Maintenance, Operations, Preservation, Safety (ARTS) and Enhance programs. • Created a SharePoint site to track project data and communications. Development Review Planner• Led the review of land use proposals and legislative amendments that affect state highway facilities and ensure that they meet ODOT capacity, access management, and active transportation standards. • Resolved conflicts with developers or local jurisdictions regarding site plans and zone changes that have a significant effect on ODOT facilities. • Ensured compliance with the State’s Transportation Planning Rule and provided guidance on how to streamline approval processes. • Served on a team to develop a statewide online database to track land use cases for ODOT staff review and comment.

At the Department of Planning one of my major tasks was the development and implementation of a web-based Development database. I was responsible for digitizing the City’s Urban Renewal Plans for publication on the webpage and provided GIS support for the Planning Department.

At Immersive Media I planned, implemented, and reviewed the first phase of the Geo-Immersive city collect initiative. The goal of the initiative was to collect digital spherical video of street routes in twenty major cities in the United States using a custom digital video camera mounted to the top of a car. The resulting footage was used to launch Google Street View.
