Rear Detachment NCOIC is the overall supervisor of a predetermined group of Soldiers who will not forward deploy with a prescribed Company or Battery due to medical issues or on Army orders to change permanent stations throughout the rest of the Army. As a Detachment NCOIC, working directly for the Battalion staff I managed over 100 Soldiers in the day to day activities of Maintenance of equipment left behind, maintained rear Soldiers readiness for deployment, kept Soldiers up to date on all training, and ensured that all Division disseminated tasks were manned and completed to prescribed guidance. This required forward thinking, problem solving, and a high level of management due to a steady flow of losing and gaining personnel in a completely fluid environment with a high tempo of ongoing tasks.

South Korea

US Army Liaison Team Leader for the ROK Army trains and develops a multi-national team of American and South Korean Soldiers who are fluent in English and Korean languages. The Team Leader proofs the Division Commanders overall plan to ensure seamless communication between the Division Headquarters and South Korean allies at the ROK Army Corps level. Once Communication has been established between the Division Headquarters and the assigned ROK Army Corps the Liaison Team is embedded with the ROK Army for all missions.

The Radar systems are worth depending on nomenclature between 2.5 Million$ to 14 Million$. The Platoon Sergeant manages and develops the first line supervisors, counsels and guides the supervisors in their training plans. Develops plans for the platoon based from Commanders priorities and guidance, and takes responsibility for platoons overall execution of all missions.

The Operator utilizes the vocation instruction, acquired skills and leadership courses to advance to Supervisor and then Team Leader.
