Forged relationships with other like-minded non-profits; managed the for-profit arm of Vacamas (sales); created program logic model; identified and applied for funding opportunities; seamlessly lead five youth-based programs on three sites, in two-states; and provided much needed ethical leadership to an organization in transition. I started at Vacamas as a Junior Counselor and worked at Vacamas in nearly every capacity. I remained connected to the organization throughout my career and was lucky enough to have the opportunity to serve in a senior leadership position during an important transition.
