Passage Home is a nonprofit working to break the cycle of poverty for the communities it serves in Wake County. We go about our mission by developing people, developing places and strengthening communities. You can learn more about what we mean by that on our website, www.passagehome.org. We provide a holistic approach of comprehensive case management through our programs and services, supporting the needs of families across Wake County. Passion for our work and compassion for those we work with are the keys to helping those in our programs to become self-sufficient.
We serve: homeless families, homeless veterans, youth and women coming out of prison.
