I'm a transit enthusiast who is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at the Salem Area Mass Transit District. With a career deeply rooted in the transit industry, I'm dedicated to enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency within the District. My professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to leadership development, with a clear focus on ascending to executive roles. As a testament to my leadership and project management skills was on display when I was recently asked to serve as the Project Manager for the implementation of the Umo contactless electronic fare system. This project not only gave me the chance to lead complex initiatives but also highlight my knack for integrating innovative technologies into traditional transit systems. My career aspiration is to continually hone my senior leadership skills, equipping myself for the transition into an executive leadership role. My approach thus far has been a combination of strategic thinking coupled with a passion for fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
