Customer Advocate-Develop as an implementer of the Johns Manville experience by building relationships with internal and external customers. Quickly learn the many tools and strategize in order to efficiently solve problems, build relationships, troubleshoot, and anticipate needs. Utilize SAP to accurately listen to customers, input orders, and maintain orders through the entire life cycle in order to make sure external customers are satisfied and implementing the values of people, passion, performance and protection● Leverage SAP with great attention to detail to accomplish the many processes of seeing an order through including input, altering, checking in on shipping status, matching orders, and resolving disputes placed in order to insure customer satisfaction● Develop leadership development program with manager of department to continue to grow and challenge individuals within the customer service team● Quickly building relationships with internal customers in order to execute such tasks as LCORs, and requesting product availability in order to get the product for external customers in a timely manner ultimately making sure that external customers are satisfied● Managing orders through the ZOrders process to make sure that the orders are properly processed, shipping is awarded, and the product is delivered, but proactively contacting external customers when things do not go as planned● Utilizing the tool of SAP, I managed credits and debits and complaint resolution● Working as a team player by taking care all streamline and backup of customers by assisting other Advocates to make sure the team is successful in taking care of customers.
