I have several years experience in the Customer Service sector and 7 years in a Compliance role. I enjoy building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, developing processes to improve workflows. My main goal is to provide quality service through my work for my clients whilst at the same time ensuring compliance to best practices. My Fraud Investigations skills are also very strong, ensuring that both my clients and colleagues are looked after when dealing with any issues or queries they may have.
