I performed foresight research and analysis as part of a small team for an $8B international food conglomerate (unnamed due to NDA). We worked on the future of indulgent foods/eating and the future of pet care. Work included horizon scanning, driver development, causal layered analysis of consumer values, drivers of change archetype development and presentation, threats and opportunities analysis.Client was so pleased with the deliverables of the first project that they immediately hired us again for a second project.
