• Manage an outbound, cross-dock freight operation of 1,000,000 lbs. nightly, supervising a staff of 100+ drivers
• Coordinate the movement of 20-26 trailer loads destined to five freight assembly centers

Graduate of the 13 week developmental program where I traveled the Milwaukee region learning all aspects of Con-way Freight's operations while developing front line management skills.
