I am currently serving as an Residential Admissions Counselor at NUWAY Alliance in Minneapolis, MN. I recently completed my Master of Science in Co-occurring Disorders Recovery Counseling at Metropolitan State University, and I am pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.Prior to my transition into professional counseling, I spent many years as a Quality Assurance Manager in the medical device and automotive supply manufacturing sectors. My background includes extensive training and experience in process flow management, along with a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt certification.My diverse experience in manufacturing, where safety, quality, and efficiency are paramount, alongside my education and experience in addiction counseling, enables me to think creatively and effectively evoke change within my clients. This unique blend of skills and experiences enriches my approach to counseling, allowing me to facilitate meaningful recovery and growth in those I serve.
