Provide commercial advice to mid-marketers and traders in order to enable natural gas and power customers. Responsibilities include negotiating purchase/sale agreements (NAESBs), confidentiality agreements, letter agreements, waivers, amendments, etc..

As a Midstream rep, I was responsible for commercial arrangements in arranging equity natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids from wellhead to market place. As well as, managing the movement of Shell natural gas and crude oil production and coordinating midstream intervention relating with the transportation of gas and crude oil and communicating with third party pipelines, gas plants, field operations and SENA and STUSCo.I worked with 3rd Party producers to import gas into Shell's gathering system. I assisted in the re-negotiations with Shell's NGL processor. I informed marketing and trading organizations Shell's gas availability and market constraints on a daily basis. I scheduled and balanced Shell's natural gas volumes. I coordinated with the production field any downtime and mitigated any operational impact and costs. I worked with working interest partners, upper management, traders, and originators to capture incremental value such as helping negotiate and coordinate purchase/sales agreements. I work with Logistics and the field to coordinate oil hauls. The role also required engagement and alignment with Finance, Division Orders, Land, and Lease. I provided commercial and operational input during divestments, acquisitions, and development of the Appalachia asset.I also have a lot of exposure to the Permian Basin. I served as Shell Midstream's focal point for NGL's and scheduled them. I also served as focal for oil trucking and natural gas operations.

Managed Midstream operations of natural gas flow from the wellhead to market. Focused to deliver value through buy/sale arrangements, deferment mitigation, and flow assurance. Engaged with several internal and external stakeholders such as pipelines, processing plants, trading, and other commercial entities. I also served as a primary focal point for Shell Gas Midstream's Permian operations for natural gas and NGL's and provided back up coverage to schedule Shell's Eagle Ford, Pinedale, and Haynesville assets.

Strategic procurement analyst for offshore installation services. Provide analytics to support Shell's future global procurement strategies for Heavy Transport, Heavy Lift, DSV/MSV/ROVSV, and Pipelay services.
