Prior to Quadrum Global, Seth was a loan officer at ABN Amro in London underwriting and securitizing CMBS loans. Prior to embarking to London, Seth worked at Real Estate Capital Partners (now CP Capital) as an investment manager originating and asset managing limited partner investments into multifamily developments.
