I graduated high school in 2015 I started my career at Hubbell in 2016 as general assembly but have progressed at a rapid rate. I have worked and managed material in stock rooms, I have been a lead over three separate production areas implementing 5S and lean development. Throughout the journey with blending of areas, doubling employees on the campus, expansion and legacy companies, I became Production Supervisor in January of 2024.I have since then reduced an 8 million dollar backlog within 6 months of a legacy company, revamped the quality in the area and improved our on time delivery to 99%. Training has been a cornerstone with the development of our workforce alongside the development of the relationship between Engineering department, Lean and others. I have successfully tied in all stake holders to these processes to improve the systems with in Hubbell. I will continue to develop and inspire.Covid made it tough to get material and now it is the exact opposite so maintaining and structuring is at play.I am a very fast learner, great at communication and implementation strategic lean principals through work processes.
