I am Senior Logistics specialist with over 8 years of experience managing and planning critical logistical operations in a variety of conditions and work environments to support full spectrum operations. I have mentored both peers and junior team members for professional and wholistic growth. I am consistently mastering new skills and adapting to new challenges with various projects. I am seeking to grow in career trajectory as a logistics manager, or project manager.Currently, I serve as a process inspector where I manage a team of individuals responsible for the procurment of supplies and inspecting the purchased materials to insure they meet the stringent demands of military equipment, as well as train all staff on maintenance procedures with 100% compliance to federal aviation standards. I manage finances and mantain fiscal records to ensure all purchasing activities remain in budget and proactivly search for ways to save funds that can be used for educatonal materials or training to enhance the capability of the teams I have the pleasure of leading.I currently am working on a bachelor’s degree in business analytics as well as a Project Managers Professional certification to further enhance my experience in leading teams that are company focused and efficiency minded. I also have experience in managing logistical programs and providing effective training. Additionally, I have spent several months training foreign nations in logistics and procuring supplies for them globally.Previously, I worked as a facility manager managing a 17,000ft warehouse that contained over 10,000 individual aeriel delivery valued at over 3.2 million dollars. I managed a team of over 10 individuals to constinantly move the over 10,000 systems between 3 installations as well as worked with over 30 different companies to order the necessary supplies to maintain all systems and operations.My time in the United States Army has taught me a multitude of additional skills, as well as honed my ability to provide leadership and guidance to others. It has taught me resilience, perseverance, and adaptability as I was given new responsibilities in a multitude of work enviroments. I have been commended for my ability to lead, and my ability to communicate with others.
