Areas of Practice: -Domestic Fuels Compliance and Product Quality, specifically the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard, the Oregon Clean Fuels Program, the Washington Clean Fuels and Cap-and-Invest programs, and the EPA Renewable Fuel Standard and Streamlining Rules.-Foreign Fuels Compliance and Product Quality, specifically compliance with the Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) and the European Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (EU REACH).
