Development and maintenance for the Army OneSource, Army FRG, and ACS Staff websites.- Helped to identify and implement fixes for performance and display issues.- Fixed major report discrepancies in the AOS volunteer management system (VMIS), as well as many minor issues within VMIS- Identified and fixed high-impact database issues with the AOS Online Training application. Disabled obsolete database triggers that were causing locks and systemwide exceptions- Implemented a custom popup on user survey pages to inform user to switch their browser to IE 11 compatibility mode when visiting the site in IE 11 standard mode- Improved the navigation on the Army FRG homepage to better guide new users of the site, via a Getting Started menu item- Made enhancements to the core code of Army FRG to show or hide various elements based upon the user’s access levels- De-duplicated data and added database constraints to the ACS Staff system to prevent further data duplication when entering VADASATS case information- Wrote shell scripts to automatically synchronize TFS repositories and related database schema with git repositories hosted in GitLab- Worked with our prime contractor on future proposed site migrations by coordinating technical questions from Catapult’s developers, developing documentation, and designing proof of concepts in Angular 2, Java, Spring Boot and Drupal.

Responsible for development and maintenance of information systems in support of National Powersport Auctions (www.npauctions.com), a provider of online and on-site auction and remarketing services for the powersports industry.Contributions include:- Added the ability for personnel at the receiving docks to automatically receive companion vehicles (trailers) associated with the recreational vehicles being delivered.- Refactored code and database structure systemwide to enhance and simplify vehicle delivery management.- Enhanced vehicle data verification functionality within the web-based Auction Management System (AMS)- Enhanced vehicle limit functionality to allow better management of subcategories on each limit.- Converted report export pages within AMS from VBScript to full VB .NET Webforms.- Provided various bugfixes and enhancements as needed.

Responsible primarily for development and maintenance of information systems in support of the Designated Provider Program, a group of six nationwide health facilities that constitute the U. S. Government’s United States Family Health Plan (USFHP). Also worked on the AFFIRST site, a website that supports airman and family readiness.Contributions:- Made significant UI/UX improvements to the Designated Provider portal, reorganizing UI elements and contributing towards a generally more modern look and feel.- Created an “administrative dashboard”, which allows administrative and technical staff to monitor multiple aspects of the Designated Provider environment centrally, on one simple, easy to understand page.- Provided various bug fixes and enhancements at the request of our clients- Provided maintenance, support and enhancement of Designated Provider system environment, a complex DIACAP-certified amalgamation of miscellaneous components that manage the flow of information between various government agencies, information systems and contractors.

Responsible for development on BCS3, a software system that provides logistics command and control functionality to the U.S. military.Contributions include:- Development work for BCS3 Administration Tool (BAT), a web application written in ASP .NET/C# that enables remote administration of BCS3.- Developed custom Treeview control in ASP .NET/C# to select units and supply points to subscribe to.- Added AJAX IP address validation to Third Party Configuration screens.- Used AJAX .NET Toolkit AutoComplete control to populate as dropdown of matching organizations as the user types.- Supported test environments for BCS3, installing system components and coordinating changes between Test & Evaluation, Change Management and Development teams.- Developed enhancements and bug fixes to web service interfaces to BCS3.- Developed proof-of-concept prototype application in Silverlight/C# to track changes to internal project requirements.
