Provided program management on the replacement and implementation of a new financial system for a leading insurance client. In addition to program support, led user acceptance testing across 11 workstreams and 19 end user groups. Built and implemented issue tracking process for 330+ users, provided onboard training of the new system for 290 regional users, and communicated testing progress to client senior management. Grew account 340% in first year as senior account manager. Provided program management for a Source-to-Settle procurement platform to manage $2.1 billion in annual spend at a leading global hospitality client. Developed and maintained the program roadmap and provided program support by leading the daily stand up, supporting and preparing reporting materials for weekly project meetings and bi-weekly steering committee meetings, and developing artifacts to communicate overall program status and path forward for C-suite executives. Led requirement gathering sessions across the organization (procurement, finance, IT, legal, audit, risk, marketing) and worked with process partners to build out future state processes through cross-functional strategy sessions

Designed and managed cross functional teams and organizations in a project using data-driven decision making to increase energy efficiency for the Department of General Services – Sustainability and Energy Division resulting in annual saving of over $5 million, and a payback on expenditures within four years. Built a method to use control systems to actively monitor the heating and cooling systems for a portfolio of 50 buildings, and analyzed the data to determine the best return on investment. Created and implemented a go-to-market strategy for a new commercial solar PV division of a $3 billion multinational corporation.Worked with US Ignite and the National Institute of Standards and Technology to create and promote a global smart city challenge to bring together communities, organizations, and academia from around the world to collaborate on projects involving the Internet of Things and Cyber Systems.Developed internal strategies for entering new markets to pursue additional revenue streams.
