Currently serving as the Engineering Workforce Development Director for the NSF funded Engineering Research Center ATP-Bio, with a decade of experience in implementing public engagement, outreach, and workforce development programs. I have expertise in STEM education research with multiple publications relating to inquiry-based science education and STEM equity. Over the past 10 years, I've have developed outreach programs from the ground up that now serve over 3,000 students annually in the Twin Cities with a focus on communities underrepresented in science.
