Worked with Epic implementation and technical services, customer analysts, executives, and systems administrators to setup technical infrastructure, ensure go-lives were on time, and projects went live on time.Lead Epic technical team, Epic implementation team, and the Methodist Hospitals customer team to plan and execute one of the largest and most aggressive customer upgrades.
