I was actively involved in Energy & Industrial's internal operations and business development processes, with a targeted focus on data analysis and integration, data driven decision making, business intelligence, budgets and forecasts, process / work-flow conceptualization and implementation, market analysis; and dashboards and reporting. For example, utilization of our CRM opportunity data in tracking potential award revenue and margin forecasting, and the creation of sales dashboards - slicing data by: Salesperson, Sales Team, Client, Strategic Client, Region & Segment, etc. - and detailing sales efficiency, capture rate, win rate, margin, opportunity stage pipeline and funding. Additionally, maintaining forecast models, such as a rolling 12-month Backlog Forecast, that utilizes our backlog data from Oracle, our CRM potential award data, change order pipeline data and 'blue sky' to forecast future backlog positioning / potential. Also, evaluation of revenue and margin targets against sales budget allocations, to meet specific enterprise sales efficiency metrics.

As Manager of Marketing, I provided market research and analysis, managed our strategic client process, performed CRM management and training, supported quarterly forecast and yearly budget processes w/ CRM data, maintained project resume and rate sheet databases, and coordinated marketing materials.

I was the lead for the global deployment and adoption of Newforma, a Project Information Management suite and evaluated UPI's potential Project Cost Management solutions. I also supported the initial implementation and discussions for the development and enrichment of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and master file index (MFI).

As Business Manager for Ausenco Energy my involvement spanned every facet of the business line. I was involved in corporate and market research, developing cash flow models for projects, the standardization of Energy's CRM usage for opportunity tracking and forecasting, creation of the 2011, 2012 and 2013 business line budgets and the quarterly business line forecasts, creation of marketing materials, assisted in competitive analysis, vetted and researched potential Merger & Acquisition opportunities.
