Tactical Vehicle Recovery Vehicle Operations Instructor. Required to train Armed Forces how to safely and effectively operate the MRAP Recovery Vehicle system. Students were trained how to drive with and without disabled vehicles in tow, operate the lifting boom and winch cable systems, utilize the main winch cable, and how to rig and perform complex recovery scenarios to include overturned vehicles, mired vehicles, and vehicles that had sustained heavy explosive damage.Required to maintain a Class A CDL and DOT Medical Certification
