Co-Founder & CEO of Honor. We're working to redefine the aging journey for people today and generations to come. Honor, the parent company of Home Instead, is the western hemisphere's largest in home senior care provider. Prior to Honor, I Co-Founded Meebo, which we sold to Google in 2012. Incredibly proud of the entire Meebo team and all that it accomplished - we reached north of 100M US Uniques monthly and revenue in the mid 8 figure range.At Google I was Product Management Director first at Google+ and then at X. At Google I led the team that launched Google Sign-In, allowing users to login to third party web sites using their Google account. Prior to Meebo I was at the Stanford GSB. I left a few weeks into my second year when Meebo began growing too fast to concentrate on both. First "company" I tried to start - charge my neighbors to watch me jump my bike off of ramps when I was in 2nd grade.Outside of work, it's family, friends and bikes.

    Co-founded Honor with Monica Lo, Cameron Ring and Sandy Jen. Our simple goal was to enable our parents, as they aged, to remain in their homes - where they wanted to be. We first built a home care agency in the SF Bay Area. After learning all the reasons the industry was so fragmented, creating bad employment and customer experiences, we built an AI-based technology solution to address the challenges. We then began offering that solution - now called Care Platform - to third party agencies to enable them to grow, serve more older adults in need, and create better employment experinces by "caring for the Care Professional".Today, Honor has become the western hemisphere's largest in-home senior care network.
