Primary instructor for Intro to Biology Labs of 30+ undergrad students

Oversee daily operations of residential area for 1,428 first year freshmen.Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Recruitment, and Students Affairs to develop rigorous initiatives for First Year Experience (FYE) students. Selected, train, supervise, and empower both student and professional staff members including 14 Hall Coordinators, 30 Community Assistants, and 100+ student staff.Collaborate with Academic Enhancement and Assessment on TSI guidelines and best practices. Interpret and analyze data to monitor “at risk” students’ academics and behavior intervention.Develop, implement, and assess residential education programs that cater to the FYE improvement plan.Academic advisement (Banner System) for general and special population students. Managed building budget for programming, service learning, and FYE needs.Organize and execute New Student Orientation.
