Continue to lead a group of developers who specialize in .NET technologies including a large scale SharePoint environment.

Promoted to Team Lead Programmer. Headed up numerous projects including an online Tracking site for our customers to see the status and details of their shipments. As the sole employee of 4 Software Solutions, I provide my clients with custom software. Most notably is International Enrichment. I built an in house system to manage their student base, course scheduling, housing management, and a full reporting module. I also created their website which will evolve into a method for students to register for classes and provide and receive feedback to International Enrichment and the faculty. Tools I use are .NET (all versions) SQL Server 2000 and above, XML & XSLT, ASP.NET, SSRS, and many other industry leading tools.

ACCESSdocs provides numerous solutions and services all revolving around information and document management. We are a reseller of a number of document management systems and we have built integration software solutions to complement them; building a best of breed solution to help clients improve their business process management. We also provide workflow solutions and document conversion services. We have a number of scanners and staff onsite that can take any documents and convert them to any electronic format that a client might require. My role in all of these solutions is to build the software and databases to support the in house services and build and maintain the integration software.http://www.accessdocs.com

During my 7 year stint at this company I was instrumental in helping build the company from a 4 employee organization to a 15 employee organization. We developed numerous solutions for the healthcare industry, most notably a document imaging system for the business office which we migrated to a patient registration system. I was also the lead developer on the a fax referral system for healthcare organizations.
