UpStar Records is our youth-run record label aimed at turning today’s hip hop enthusiasts into tomorrow’s digital technology leaders. This innovative workforce development program provides youth employment and leadership opportunities. Teach 4th-8th grade technology courses, and integrate technology curriculum. Support staff with IT issues, and troubleshooting computers in labs. Develop connections to software manipulation, and create content for blogging, coding, and creating games. Support art classes, and teach art to students. Creation of a year book team, and a year book for the school.

Teaching English, computers, job skill preparation, and study skillsWorking with young adults in Medical Assisting, or Chef vocational programs from low income communities. Developing study skills, and support them with job development skills to apply to their field of choice. Run workshops focused on resumes, cover letter, application, PDS ( personal data sheets), and furthering education.

Events Coordinator- organize cultural events for community, and work with media relations. Provide a platform for musicians, and artist to have access to affordable venue. Also to support local, national, and international artist in promoting their talent, and creating more awareness of their art in our Bay area community.

Taught radio broadcasting, interviewing, editing, mixing, and technical skills to high school youth. Developed curriculum, exhibition and field trips.

Produced and Edited "Seeds of Change" CDCreated a CD project combining music and oral history to educate peopleabout the bombings of Hiroshima, and Nagasaki. CD was broadcast and distributed nationally and internationally.; Organized 12 cultural events and student tours to UC, CSU Campus. Worked within three counties for outreach, with local high schools to visit the campus.

Provided academic counseling to students. Conducted workshops, worked with single parents to advocate for their resources. Presented about EOPS at high school. Handled data entry, fund raising and public relations.
