Work Summary –• Writing, testing & customizing of the software on AVR platform with code readability & maintainability. Developing software with NMEA standard Sensors - handling serial data input on three or four UARTs simultaneously without data loss.• Designing hardware -Majorly serial communication interfaces like RS232, RS422/ RS485. Project specific - both analog and digital. Using ADCs/ DACs, op-amps, transistors etc.• Testing& Repairs of existing products.• Analyzing, Planning and Organizing resources and work as per project priorities.

Milman Thin Film Systems manufactures custom built machines for PVD coating and Plasma Ion Nitriding. My role as a Application & Design Engineer is to focus on overall software writing, designing and testing of entire electronics control required for these equipment.•Developing of PCBs & software using IDEs.•Writing, testing & debugging of the software on board.•Testing of three phase thyristorised pure and pulsed DC plasma Power Supplies upto 20KW.•Project Management – split the project into sub-systems (delegating in verticals), product test planning, shopfloor resource management, procurement management.•On-site fault finding.
