As primary owner and manager of Smiling Toad Productions for nearly two decades, I have built a business from the ground up managing up to 75 productions per year and over 600 weddings. I've managed a team of videographers, editors, and production coordinators as well as implemented a sales process and customer relationship management system that is efficient and high producing. I have developed strategic partners with other key wedding industry peers and created lasting relationships with clients we have provided video services for. I created a constantly evolving marketing and sales strategy to reach thousands of recently engaged clients in the Chicago area to setup in person, phone, or virtual interviews and close sales. Throughout this process, my love of finding new clients and having meaningful conversations about their goals with video has never waivered and continues to increase.
