Marketing Director, Pm, Writer
Drive, direct, influence and supervise all branding and marketing efforts for VonLehman, both internal and external in both greater Cincinnati and Indianapolis markets. Develop annual strategy, plan and budget for all marketing activities. Set the voice, tone, look, standards and all representations of the VonLehman brand both independently and in collaboration with external agency (-ies) and internal teams.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Responsible for the day-to-day strategic and digital marketing of the company (Website, Social Media, Online ads, Email program for clients, prospects and referral sources, etc.)• Responsible for majority of writing, editing and proofreading of all brand-related copy in various media, including ads, speeches, website, email news, social media, articles, etc.• Research, hire and interface effectively and cost-efficiently with necessary outside agencies to support efforts in PR, media, design, web development, promotional item procurement and various other support services as needed.• Provide marketing and business development support to the company’s management and professionals – i.e. proposal writing and support via development and facilitation of monthly sales pipeline program• Research, develop, refine, implement, support and broaden Contact Relationship Management (CRM) program and database• Assist the company’s client relations program – i.e. client satisfaction survey; other client communications.• Direct and manage the company’s media/public relations program – i.e. planning events, distribution of press packets; pitching stories to reporters, etc.• Conceptualize, develop, implement, market and support various branded events for clients, prospects and referral sources• Communicate and provide updates on marketing department activities to the company management/leadership on a twice-monthly basis• Oversee and manage the company brand or image as it relates to consistency of logo
