Manage all marketing and operational aspects of Gap Inc.'s bulk and third party gift card sales. Determine proper inventory levels, review and approve card & carrier art, develop new clients, manage the contract completion process, maintain client relationships, design, develop and implement marketing programs.

Owned the monthly forecast, annual budget & long-range plan for GID Cost of Sales Spread; developed & maintained financial operations processes for Gap Inc. Business Direct; played an active role in the Finance milestone achievement for Piperlime setup and rollout; managed the proper accounting of the execution of the Gap Inc.
