Direct a wide range of human resources activities for both US headquarters and field office staff(Zambia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, South Africa, Uganda, Kenya): Full cycle recruitment, salary administration, training and development, staff orientation, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, while maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal regulations as well as local labor laws.
