TSYS was the company that introduced me to the world of card systems, I learned the in and out of Prime (a leading card management system) and worked in the CSD (centralized service desk) team. As part of my role in CSD, I was initially handling the production support for some of our processing clients like Barclays Bank, Standard Bank of Africa, SONY Japan, etc. Later on, I became the team lead and took full responsibility for these clients' processing business related to Prime.It was a wonderful experience working with some extremely talented people.I also received a token of appreciation from the Business support team.

I designed the Fault Tolerance factory which was supposed to catch the exception coming in the batch process and let the batch proceed to avoid the crashes.
