I over saw the day to day operations of the store. Many of my responsibilities included interacting and helping customers, hiring and training of the staff, buying products for the camping, SCUBA and hunting departments, tracking product trends and developing and implementing marking plans. I specialized in custom ski boots fitting, archery, SCUBA and camping.

At Okemo I worked closely with students to help them improve their personal skiing. I was a level II certified instructor specializing in teaching children ages 4-9. Durning my time working for Okemo I was promoted to staff trainer. My responsibilities expanded to include the training of current and new instructors.
