During this job role, I was responsible for a vital shared services team that designed and improved software, hardware, and other IT resources to improve workflow, security, and performance. During this term in the office, I tracked and accelerated processes for optimum maintenance and integrity of an online ticket store round the clock. To oversee online fraud and IT security operations, I established viable initiatives for process improvement. I utilized the Gomez application to produce stress testing and operational components for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter TM website. I led and guided the team for over 100 system upgrades, security changes, and creative online ticket store configurations, leading to optimize online income.
