I'm a problem solver for social justice. My passions lie in 1) developing systems of behavior change at scale and 2)building teams that leverage technology, innovation, and data. Through these two approaches I seek to accelerate the arrival of a markedly more just world. In terms of domains of expertise, this has focused on Educational Equity professionally and Prisons and Policing in my unpaid work. Increasingly as the world has come to my view that the two are interconnected, I have found the boundaries between these two domains dissolve a little more each day.My career has been a rewarding mix of multiple approaches to innovation, problem solving, and social justice at scale through multiple techniques: from policy to behavior design, from advocacy to technology.
