About Stephen Freeman

In 2019, started Kairos Digital, a marketing agency focused on helping good organizations do great things. With a background in writing, I knew I wanted to start an agency that prioritized the power that words have to make a positive change in the world. I became the first StoryBrand Certified Guide in Jacksonville and have built Kairos Digital on the idea that the message comes first - before strategy, design, or execution. If the words aren’t right, nothing else will be. My wife Caroline and I have 5 children - 3 biological and 2 “bonus” kids. I am a native Floridian, a graduate of UNF, and was named by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of Jacksonville’s 40 Under 40 for 2024. When I'm not at work, you will probably find me spending time with my family, preparing a sermon for my church, or making plans on how to change the world.
