Dueval offers a quantitative management due diligence tool to buyers and sellers alike in the mergers and acquisitions process. Dueval extracts patterns in leadership behaviors and corporate culture from comprehensive survey data of the employees, using artificial intelligence, to support a valid and fair company valuation. To communicate the result of the A.I.’s analysis, we generate a management report, that translates the analysis to natural language as well as visualizations, to make the large and complicated data meaningful to decision makers. Dueval evaluates corporate culture via big data to give our customers a fuller and more precise picture a company’s corporate culture, and thereby supports minimizing risk in M&A.

I successfully negotiated new commercial agreements, and had a central role in formulating and revising the organization's overall strategy and business plan.

Following an external stakeholder analysis, which flagged the credibility of the newly merged organization's analyses as a critical issue, I was put in charge of addressing this challenge. Backed by the board, I managed to vitalize the department by recruiting some very senior specialists, including two PhD level economists, introducing a new publication format, and by adopting internationally recognized quality standards for the organization's surveys. For a period of six months, I also stepped in to ensure interim management of the international and EU office, and I was part of the senior management group from 2009-2016.
