2005 - 2013 - Business Systems Engineer - After 3 years, I took a position developing and maintaining applications and servers they reside upon for the Customer Planning and Logistics Group. My primary focus was developing and maintaining Intel's product cross site processing application for 3 geographies. I also developed and maintained Intel's photomask/reticle cross site borrowing and request application, maintained and supported Fab11's bill-of-lading application, and Fab11's product starts application.2002 - 2005 - eMAT - Utilizing my newly acquired bachelors degree in IT coupled with my operations coordinator role, I created a niche turning the Nikon operations Excel spreadsheet into a web application using classic ASP and SQL. This was so successful, I was joined by another Shift 5 Manufacturing Technician and together we started developing applications for not only Lithography, but in conjunction with the New Mexico Automation group for the entire New Mexico site. During this time period, I also utilized my CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft Certifications to build up, join to the Intel network, and maintain servers to host the applications.1997 - 2002 - Shift 4 Lithography Manufacturing Technician - During this time period, my primary focus was the care and maintenance of photomasks/reticles (quartz with chrome patterns used to pattern circuit design). The first team reticles was aligned to was Metrology where I also used scanning electron microscopes, registration, and macro inspection tools to measure critical dimensions, alignment, and inspect for defects on product. The second team reticles as aligned to was Nikon where I also used Nikon tools to pattern product. At the end of this time period, I became an operations coordinator, still caring for reticles and using Nikons, but also assisting the Nikon supervisor by coordinating the types and amounts of product to be processed.
