Consultant for non for profit and for-profit companies ranging from startup to existing organizations providing human resources support including full department set up/creation, human resource audits, policy and manual creation, administration and benefit design, implementation and administration.

Reporting directly to the President and Partner tasked with developing a strategic business partnership with all company departments enabling management continuity. In addition, completed a full review of the current Human Resources Department including the assessment and up dating of all company policies and procedures to ensure federal and state compliance; created first Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manual and Team Member handbook. Instituted formal training programs such as Orientation for New Hires, Hiring Legally, Hire Right – Hire Smart, and HR Policy Training for Managers; centralized recruiting procedures including pre employment drug testing program; develop and launch of a comprehensive Wellness Program; developed company emergency preparedness plan. Management of all benefits programs including all bid proposals, compliance and open enrollment.

Tasked with the separation of Office Management and Payroll while under the direction of a new Human Resources Department. Bringing company into compliance with all federal/state regulations and requirements.Competed the review, evaluation, and rewrote all job descriptions, ADA requirements, Team Member Handbook, Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manual. Developed, wrote and conducted training (New Team Member Orientation, Hire Right – Hire Smart, Manager Orientation, How to Mentor, How to be a First Time Supervisor, etc.) programs, and career path development, and internship programs. Developed strategic recruitment plan for long range staffing to meet company production goals, conducted all recruitment and hiring for multi county and state job sites. Designed and implemented company on going organizational reconfiguration. Conduct annual salary surveys and re-alignment of salary and bonus structure to ensure remaining competitive in the market.

Responsible for the development/writing new job descriptions, ADA requirements, Team Member Handbook, company policies, Recruiting and Retention Best Practice programs. Developed, wrote and conducted position specific (Executive Director, Clinical Manager, Recruiter, and HR/Administrative Assistant) Orientation training. Developed the strategic plan/implementation of operational, recruitment and hiring procedures for successful multi regional roll out of home health program in our Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions. Responsible for mentoring and managing of Recruiters to ensure high quality of team members and provide all levels of human resource support and guidance for all four regions.
