Born in Rio, in love with gamming and technologie, more than a decade working as backend/web developer, started as an internship, in Nova Friburgo, while studying Computer Engeenering in UERJ.I fell in love with the field of development, worked in a few companies in Nova Friburgo, where I could work and guide some great professionals, that helped to develop my skills as programmers and human.While in Nova Friburgo, I got an oportunity to make a great leap on my carrer, where I was invited to work as VP of Technologie and Programming, working as a connection beetwen the programming workforce and the company leadership, that was my first experience outside the purelly programming and was and awesome moment, where I learned a lot, from all areas of my life, programming, leadership, self-learning, was a trully amazing time.Now, I returned to my city of Rio, and work as a backend developer and tech leader in Afilio, were once again, I get an amazing experience, working with a great team, with lots of oportunity to develop even more my programming and personal skills.The oportunity to lead a team also challenged me to understand the different nuances of each developer and adapt my self to deal with people in diffenten moments in their lives, diferente histories and habilities. This provided me with a learning experience far beyond what I could have imagined. Be in this position is very demanding, but extremelly rewarding, this allowed me to help and guide several developers from all levels, from rookies to veterans like myself. Dealing with demands and pressure, without let it hit the development team, always looking for a healty enviroment for the developer, so they can work at their best.
