I am the customer service/account manager responsible for main connection between our most important clients. Functioning as communicator, idea generator, relationship builder, and creative problem solver for GH Printing and their clients. With an in-depth understanding of customer needs and problem resolution skills which I use to help with business growth. With a strong willingness to complete any task given to me has earned me the title of the "GO-TO GAL" of my team. Provided customer support to diabetic clients including order (prescription) entry. Assisted customers with product returns, billing issues, and new product trials. Also obtained my pharmacy tech license to help out daily in the pharmacy filling department.• Assisted customer issues and questions for diabetic products (ie. Meters, Glucose Strips, etc) • Billing insurance companies and up-to-date policy verification for customers.• Held monthly meetings with team to express new fresh ideas to expand company grow and profitability.• Developed new patient log sheets which reduced intake errors and time.• Customer service and product return (RMA) handling.• Assisted with Pharmacy Department as a Pharmacy Technician dispensing medications and inventory management.

Handled customer issues and returns with some of the worlds largest known cable companies/vendors we all are very familiar with such as ( Comcast, Dish ect... ) assisted with products as well as helping in billing shipping and receiving. My main title was the administrative assistant. But you could say that i was more of the "Get it done" kind of person.
