  From mergers and acquisitions to emerging technology companies, I have immersed myself in business and corporate law. I am immediate past chair of the firm's Corporate Practice Group. I have extensive experience in the organization and development of business and professional entities; mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; corporate financing; and Federal and State securities law. I have represented physicians, medical groups and other health care providers on a wide variety of legal matters. I use my expertise in corporate law and experience in business transactions to find creative solutions in business dispute and divorce matters.I am the author of the 2017 LexisNexis® AnswerGuide™ New York Business Entities and an Editorial Board Member and revision author for White New York Business Entities. A 1982 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Law, I practiced corporate law with Rosenman & Colin in New York City before joining Underberg & Kessler in 1986. I became a partner of the firm in 1992. I am a recipient of the Rochester Business Journal's "40 Under 40" Award, an annual tribute to emerging leaders of Rochester.
