CurrentAFC:Automatic Fare Collection System (AFC) is one of basic station equipment that consists of automatic gate machine, ticket vending machine and ticket checking machine. In this application, stable and integrated platforms are necessarily to keep passenger flow run smoothly at peak hours; at the same time, all data will be gathered and transmitted into center.TVM - Ticket Vending Machine SoftwareContribution :-Developed and maintained ticket vending machine software solutions using .NET technologies.-Collaborated with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.-Designed and implemented user-friendly interfaces to improve the overall customer experience.-Integrated payment gateways and ensured the security and encryption of sensitive user data.-Conducted thorough testing and debugging of software to identify and resolve issues promptly.-Worked closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration between software and TVM hardware components.-Contributed to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing software performance and code maintainability.-Integration with CCAvenue payment gateway to accept the digital payment though UPI QR code at Ticket vending machine.-Integration with WhatsApp ticketing, transmit the QR code ticket from TVM to middleware server hosted by WhatsApp vendor.-Integration with CRM system of Pune metro system where all the grievance customer will raised through mobile app and registered at CRM system including attachment. -Integrate with device protocols and communication protocols (USB, serial, Bluetooth, TCP/IP, etc.) each hardware device uses for interaction.Technology : C#, WPF, Windows service, SQLite, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, WCF, Web API.
