Senior Director, Licensing Strategy
CurrentProvide strategic leadership of the licensing and acquisitions department to ensure activities support business objectives and drive continued revenue growth. Build and lead a team of acquisitions specialists to provide mentorship and create a culture of high performance. Manage departmental budgets for a suite of multi-million dollar digital products, creating workflow efficiencies to control costs and manage spend over the short and long term. Define and manage content release schedules for products across K-12, higher education, and public library markets. Lead the development of new licensing terms and deal structures. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive overall product strategy, as well as supporting sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
