- Gather and analyze business and functional specifications.- Install, configure, and optimize SAP ShipERP add-on and solutions as per the design document with support from 3rd party provider.- Design and undertake system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) paying attention to versioning and transition from development and test to production phases- Manage the set-up and implementation of the ShipERP Solution in SAP system- Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the project owner as required.

RPA L2 Support• Monitors RPA processes in the BluePrism Control Room• Handles simple investigation and troubleshooting of errors encountered in RPA• Handles root causing of escalated issues and migration of fixes from DEV to Production• Create, update, and resolve incident tickets raised by the auto ticketing tool or by the client• Documents daily status reports, handover files and downtime activities
