Our research portfolio covers air and missile defense, long-range fires, nuclear forces, and emerging technologies. Missile Threat is the most popular CSIS microsite, launched in August 2016 with now over eleven million unique page views. • Co-developed and managed 15+ full-day nuclear crisis simulations in collaboration with the Los Alamos National Laboratory and the CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues, with exercises situated in East Asia, South Asia, Western Europe, the Antarctic, and the Middle East.• Planned and managed 25+ public events with 60+ audience members, featuring U.S. Senators, House Representatives, senior military officers, and academics.• Led development of "The Future of Missile Defense," a three-day executive education program designed for mid-career professionals working in defense and foreign policy. • Participated in several CSIS diversity and mentorship programs, including serving as a CSIS Policy Fellowship Capstone Advisor (2024), CSIS DLIA Junior Staff focus group member (2022), and Trinity Washington University mentor (2021); editing CSIS’s Represent article series (2021); speaking for CSIS’s Opening Doors event series (2021); and coordinating CSIS’s first public event on DEI featuring Rep. Anthony Brown (2020).• Granted Baumgartner Hamre Employee Recognition Award (BHERA) in Fall 2022.
