- Assisted in Marketing activities to promote university to prospective undergraduates at open days, - Facilitated workshops and social events with guest speakers for young people between the ages of 13-17. - Provided students with an insight to studying at university and what university life is like. - Encouraged and motivated students to perform to their full potential.

- Welcomed visitors of all ages, ethnic backgrounds and disabilities to Tower of London from around the world.- Delivered a short presentation and sold a virtual reality headset.- To maximise sales, we teamed up and delegated the presentations with whoever could speak the appropriate language e.g. Spanish, French, German etc. - Won the bonus of the month for most sales. This role was an excellent learning curve and opportunity to enhance my communication, presentation, team-work, working with a variety of people of different ethnic backgrounds, ages and disabilities.
