Built Air Force transportation plans supporting the global mobility structure, supporting 10 Unified Combatant Commands and 102K Total Force Airmen. Conducted transportation feasibility analysis in order to shape feasible operational plans.

Provided logistics continuing education for the Air Force logistics enterprise. Developed, planned, executed, and maintained 4 courses, equipping 56 career fields with skills to make immediate impact in numerous working environments. Created multiple logistics course materials for, and instructed, in-person and web-based courses. Developed curriculum to support higher headquarter training and education requirements.

Led 10 person cross functional team, developing Passenger and Fleet Policy for 70 Department of Defense terminals and $396M servicing equipment in support of 3M passengers a year. Developed and wrote policy for the strategic organizations, and acted as liaison to Air and Joint Staff on air transportation operations. DoD program manager for $2B GAS City Pair program; evaluated solicitations annually from commercial airlines

Led 20 person team. Command Air Functional manager for DoDs $187M Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), supporting 14K+ users at 400+ multi-service organizations and agencies. Oversaw Automated Identification Technology (AIT) requirements, equipment and project implementation associated with GATES.

Leads critical logistics support to include maintenance, supply, fuels, logistics plans, and transportation for operations in African and European theater consisting of 105 countries. Builds exercise plans to qualify directorate on Mission Essential Task Lists, enabling the Combatant Commanders critical capabilities. Formulates, coordinates, and employs unique logistics solutions at unified, service component, and major command level.

Led 60 person base operating support team enabling a 25 person, $65M air operation.

Directed 17 logisticians in crafting and executing logistics capabilities and support for operations and exercises within the African continent. Optimized agile combat support for deploying/in-place forces; ID's/resolves issues impacting air ops & combatant command priorities. Developed options to support spectrum of engagement activities from US log support of coalition partners to contingency operations.

Commanded 72 staff members who oversaw the initial vehicle maintenance training of over 2,000 students annually. Directed 26 basic, advanced, in-residence & mobile courses for Air Force vehicle maintenance, and vehicle management & analysis fields. Controlled $423K annual budget and 15 facilities worth $25M.

Provided supervision of 45 person flight, executing fleet management, dispatch operations, pickup/delivery, and equipment support. Managed training policies for vehicle operators and administered manpower standards. Provided and maintained facilities, equipment, and supplies for overall care of the base fleet.

Managed day-to-day activities of 53 person team. Planned and established aerial port operations and fixed and remote locations in support of Global Reach laydown capabilities. Led aerial port teams in support of contingency operations, humanitarian relief efforts, and joint/combined exercises.
