Consortium Management: Orchestrated the effective management of a consortium comprising 5 implementing partners for a Prevention of Violent Extremism (PVE) project targeting youths in Nairobi City and Garissa County, funded by the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF).Development of Meaningful Youth Engagement Strategies: Spearheaded the creation of a Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) and crafted impactful youth engagement strategies for Health programs. This included establishing Youth Friendly Services (YFS) Centers and developing digital Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) training content hosted on Imara TV's YouTube Channel in collaboration with the National Youth Service (NYS) and Ministry of Health (MoH), funded by UNFPA.Piloting Programs: Played a pivotal role in reshaping the Kenyan National Education and skill landscape by leading the Community Service Learning (CSL) piloting project in 6 Counties. Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) and Behavior Change Communication Project funded by Eriks Development Partner.Scope of work:- Strengthened county coordination mechanism for harmonious project implementation through organizing and facilitating County Technical Working Groups (CTWGs) and stakeholder meetings. - Led Community conversations with Parents, Chiefs, CHVs, and CHAs on beneficiaries' SRHR service uptake.- Trained 300 parents on Parent-Child Communication.- Capacity built and supervised 60 TOTs (University Peer Educators and Life Skills teachers) to train and mentor high school students on Life skills and SRHR.- Reached 6,000+ adolescents through thematic events and health outreaches held.- Championed adherence to Children Safeguarding Policy for the project.- Report writing, documentation, and dissemination of the project's best learning practices.- Identified, documented, and shared beneficiaries' Stories of Change with partners.
