MentorMe

We pave the path for women to get the job the want & deserve, their career development and their positions or reorientations within their field of profession. We offer career counseling through individual mentoring, job-oriented training and a variety of networking events as well as contacts to employees and employers across all industries. MentorMe is an NGO and our mission is not profit but helping as many young women as possible reach fulfillment in their vocational professions. We have a special focus on female students, young professionals and professionals. We organize 220 networking events and trainings per year so that our mentees have the full range of contact to people in jobs, employees, experts, employers from all fields and industries. We offer three services: 1) individual mentoring with a female or male mentor 2) job-focused training and 3) many networking events such as company visits with Q&A, monthly meet ups with experts from one field, get togethers, lunch sessions & after work sessions, etc. Within a few years since founding MentorMe, we built a community of thousands of people: over 3500 pro-bono mentors are registered with MentorMe, over 5000 women became mentees and have been connected with a mentor. In a nutshell, what we do, is: We shift the society to becoming a socially engaged community, where experienced men and women (as mentors) support the next generation of talented women (as mentees). We offer companies and organizations an outsourced, external & internal influencing HR Tool.
